Kerbside Delivery: All brick deliveries are made to the nearest accessible point by road—this is typically the kerbside closest to your site. Special Offloading Options: If you require offloading by Hi-ab, crane, or handball, please contact us before placing your order to discuss options and availability. Failed Delivery Charges: If our vehicle cannot access the site due to restrictions or if the incorrect delivery method is chosen, a failed delivery charge may apply. We’ll always try to contact you first to resolve the issue. Split Deliveries: Split delivery options are not guaranteed and will be considered on a project-by-project basis.
